Q.  Where are you located?

a.  A few miles south of Portland, Oregon.

Q. Which is left and which is right?

a.  Left is always the drivers left when seated in the driver seat.  Right is the drivers right. 

Q.  Do you sell Original Toyota parts?

a.  We sell only brand new, Genuine Toyota, O.E. (origonal equipment) parts in the original Toyota packaging.  They are not used, aftermarket (parts made by a different manufacturer than the O.E. parts) or O.E.M.  (parts made by the original equipment manufacturer, but generally to a lower standard than they do for the version that is sent to the car maker.)

Q.  Do your parts carry any warranty?

a.  Yes, every new Toyota parts comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty; whichever comes first.  Your warranty is valid at any Toyota dealer with your original invoice.

Q.  How do you ship?

a.  UPS and USPS.  We are now offering shipping via USPS as well as UPS.  USPS is only available to customers with PO boxes.  UPS is only available to customers with a physical address.  Remember, we can only ship parts to the billing address.    

Q.  How long will it take to get my parts?

a.  Our orders ship within 48 hours unless you are contacted and notified otherwise,   This usually happens within 2-3 hours of placing your order.  Your approval will be required before we can proceed.  Click here to see the UPS transit schedule map.

Q.  Can I get used or aftermarket or used parts through you? 

a.  We will make every effort to get you the original parts, however if the original parts are not available we can get aftermarket or used parts by customer request.  We will not ever substitute any parts without written consent from the customer.  If you are specifically seeking an aftermarket part let us know, we can help.  Any non- Toyota parts carry no warranty and are non- returnable.  Parts in the aftermarket catalog are, of course, aftermarket.
